Mudabbir Ali is a young activist from the constitution-less northern part of Pakistan (Gilgit-Baltistan). He has completed his Bachelor's in Political Sciene from Government College University Lahore in 2017. Towards the end of undergraduation he co-founded Progressive Students' Collective (PSC) which set a new begining of progressive politics among the students of Pakistan. He also founded Progressive Youth Movement (PYM) in Gilgit-Baltistan which is now changed into Progressive Gilgit-Baltistan. It struggles for the empowerment of disenfranchised and marginalized population of the region. He has completed his MPhil degree in Pakistan Studies from National Institute of Pakistan Studies (NIPS) at Quaide e Azam University, Islamabad. He is currently leading Fight Inequality Alliance chapter in Pakistan as National Coordinator. His work includes the implementation of Global Governancec Model of FIA in Pakistan, holding regular council members meetings, conducting study circles to educate youth on important socio-political and economic issues of the country, planning visits to meet the organizers of grassroots movements working for the rights of students, peasants, women and industry workers, and writing reports to inform the global secretariat about the national alliance activities.
