Satyendra Kumar is a first generation development professional from Dalit community in India and currently building and leading FIA India chapter as National Coordinator. He is also founding Convenor of National Youth Equity Forum (NYEF) which is a national collective of socially excluded young leaders with a goal to nurture first generation young leaders as role models and leaders through accessing higher education, enhancing employability and entrepreneurial skills. It's a collective of over 10,000 youth across multiple states of India led by various Ambedkar Fellows as core leaders. Satyendra has also been Co-founder to various other org and served as board members and strategic consultant to Community Led Organisations (CLOs) and NGOs for past 15 years. At FIA India, he is building the coalition in association with over 100 CLOs and youth across communities to strengthen the vision and mission of FIA through political education and grassroots campaigns.
